Although it’s a popular Sabahan delicacy,Mee Tuaran is not that well known outside the state. It’s a shame because this is such a tasty dish! Created by the Hakka Chinese community of Tuaran, the noodles are made from a batter consisting of egg and flour, flavourful eaten on its own but made even yummier with the addition of egg and veg.
